Dr. Pravin G. Parmar is a founder of IMSR and he is well known Management Guru. Professionally he is Psychotherapist and having 12 years of experience in management education field. He is a active teaching faculty in many International and local management colleges. He is visionary and was instrumental in offering distance learning student friendly management programs first time in India. He is also an author and columnist and writing articles on many leading news papers and magazines on education and psychology subjects.

Dr. Thomas Garrison, Head of Accreditation, Planning and Program Development. He is attached to University of Northeast Virginia as a visiting faculty and Southwestern college, USA. He has 20 years of vast experience in development of distance learning programs. In past he was also attached to Northern Arizona University and Western International University.
Dr. Richard Bian obtained his PhD degree in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo, Ontario. Before joining UNB Saint John, he has taught at Purdue University and at Wilfrid Laurier University. After his earning a Masters Degree from AIST (Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), he was associated with few other leading Universities. His main research areas are in Finance, Economy, Marketing and HRM. He has published several papers in EJOR, IIE Transactions and Socio-Economic Planning Sciences.

Dr. Philip John - BSc (Hons) (Durham) MBA PhD (Western Ontario), Professor of Strategic and International Management; Senior Fellow, Advanced Institute of Management Research; Chair, Strategic and International Management Faculty. He is associated with IMSR and UNEV since last three years and helping to generate and develop new specializations.

Dr. Lee received a Ph.D. in economics from The Johns Hopkins University. Prior to coming to the University of Northeast Virginia in 1999, he held positions at the University of North Carolina, the Urban Institute, and the Brookings Institution.
